Shopping Time (Grocery List for Meal Prep )




I'm sure many of you are clueless when it comes to "what to buy, and what is good " So I made a Basic Grocery List to help you guys out and give you guys an idea of what is needed. This is not entirely my real list ,THIS IS JUST WHAT I WILL BE BUYING THIS WEEK FROM WHAT I AM MISSING.



If your looking into meal prepping , have enough Tupperware for your meals and snacks.
Typically I make my meals the night before. However when I don't, Ill make them on Sundays so let me do a quick breakdown.

You can create your own recipes with these stuff this is just a breakdown of what I usually eat , or what I try to eat if my food is not eaten by someone -___________-.


Usually this is the regular list


  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • -Lean cuts of steak {grass fed is best}
  • -Lean ground beef {again, grass fed}
  • -Ground turkey {pay attention to calories}
  • -Greek yogurt {plain, not flavored}
  • -Eggs and egg whites
  • -Unsweetened almond milk (vanilly or regular)
  • -Wild blueberries
  • -Strawberries
  • -Raspberries
  • -Lemons
  • -Kale
  • -Spinach
  • -Broccoli
  • -Minced garlic
  • -Green, red, yellow, and orange peppers
  • -Onions
  • -Tomatoes
  • -Avocados
  • -Extra virgin olive oil
  • -Almonds
  • -Oatmeal
  • -Mustard
  • -Cinnamon
  • -Cayenne pepper
  • -Dark chocolate

Breakfast


  • 2 egg white 1 whole egg (with yolk) I make enough for 5 days 
  • 1 cup of whole oats ( I drink it with Almond MILK,cooked )
Add cinnamon,raisins,fresh cut fruit if you wish.

Lunch:

  • Turkey patties 
I mix it up a bit with spices or different veggies .Prepare at your own desire
  • chicken 
Same applies. I use chopped garlic onions bell peppers .

Add vegatables to your lunch and dinner, Brown rice if desire. I have stopped eating too much brown rice but it really helps you stay full longer. 

Dinner:

I either have half of the remaining amount of my lunch or I eat the opposite . So if i had turkey for lunch ill have chicken for dinner, just so I wont get bored . Also adding sauces (of course with limitations) can make things interesting. 

Snacks:

God I love Rice cakes ! Quaker Oats makes these, I usually just add a spoon of peanut butter and top it off with banana . BOMB BOMB BOMB BOMB!!!!

Plain Greek Yogurt with banana or/and strawberries. Approach this in different ways, its like frozen yogurt , figure out your own toppings (real fruit,nuts )


You will back track at times and its OK, I SURE ASS HELL DO ,ESPECIALLY THIS WEEK. However just don't give up, to become a master you must practice ! Best of luck to you all and happy eating.!
