I wont deny sometimes its such a drag to head on out to the gym ,especially when your going by yourself and your a newbie .
We have all been their. We are afraid of judgement ! Dont be ! They are their for their own benefit and so are you. Block everyone from your mind , put your favorite tunes to zone out and get work done! I was very self-conscious with countless thoughts crossing my mind like,
"Why is she/he staring?" "Am I doing this right ?" "omg this looks stupid!" "I dont know what to do ". The purpose of it all is to get in their. Even if your going in to just hop on cardio give yourself a tap on the back because thats better than being at home and not doing anything.
We all follow these Fitinspirations who are perfectly formed and have amazing figures. However many dont point out the struggles of how the got here. We are all human and just like them ,they gave up and picked themselves up. They went to the gym and didnt know what they were doing. So dont let other peoples judgement ruin your goals improving your health!
Do research, my blogs are drowing in info for beginers , as I myself am learning day to day ! There is so much information online, I dont know what to say. Create a routine and give it time. Dont expect to see results right after u leave the gym. I wish you guys luck with whatever your goal is and keep going !
