Now now dont get excited Guys ! lol Its food as you've never seen before . Dieting is not easy , says the QUEEN of always eating out ! (me) Ill be honest It feels like crack is being taken away and having withdraw symptoms ( before rumors start to occur, I'm assuming the mental and physical feeling ) Its not easy but if your ready ,it will be a little easier. I will give you a sneak peak of what I did and what helped me. Me and you are different , lets keep that in mind . So you can ask what to eat in case of substitution because you might not like what I like.
BREAKFAST:
- OAT MEAL *
- BLACK COFFEE**
- WHOLE GRAIN ***
- 2 WHITE 1 WITH YOLK. (EGGS DUH)****
*DO NOT buy prepack please save your money it is drowned in starch. Add a table spoon of plain cinnamon to add flavor , if its too plain add half a banana ( this replaces sugar naturally ) The amount to eat
really varies on you , start with a cup and if this isnt filling add another half.
** NO SUGAR (IF NEEDED HALF A PACK OF STEVIA SUGAR ) NO CREAMER OR MILK
*** WHOLE GRAIN, WHOLE GRAIN WHOLE GRAIN! Not wheat , wheat is friends with white bread ! Google it ..you can add a table spoon of almond or peanut butter.. sorry kids no NUTELLA i know i cried too ::sigh::
**** Olive oil make sure its 100% and not mixed with canola oil please. Avocado oil is great also. 2 white eggs and one egg with the yolk , add pepper and veggies if you like the more the better youll be more fueled ! & lets not forget farting like crazy hehehhe. NO SALT!
