We WANT LUNCH ! NOM NOM


The breakfast post are options you dont have to eat all of that people this applies to everything I will be posting when it comes to meals, Ill remind you this is quick cheap and easy ways! Ill post recipe that Ive created myself and others Ive stolen ( Cause Im From COMPTON) ... 

::IMPORTANT::

You will occur hunger in between breakfast and Lunch so heres snacks and this applies when ever you are hungry and it is not meal time.

::LUNCH TIME::

Yeah I wanted to tease you guys with this Hot DOG , It would be even funnier if it had BACON and mayo. 
  • Fresh Chicken *
  • Ground Turkey**
  • Whole grain Pasta***
  • Steak****
  • Brown rice
* I think the chicken from your small meat markets taste better than the prepacked or grocery stores. Based on my chicken hunts . Add a table spoon of your choice of oil 100% except canola oil. Season your chicken , you have the wonderful MRS. DASH seasoning , seasonings come in all kinds of flavor and they dont have salt ! Making your life easier! Grill away ! You can add bell peppers cactus onions spinach etc while grilling to change your chicken meals.

** Hmmm yeah Ive had a bad experience with this so this is something for all the CHICKEN HATERS! Add diced carrots and peas with mrs.dash meat seasoning. or a pinch of salt (Exception, REBEL OUT) OR make turkey patties and cut them.

*** WHOLE GRAIN WHOLE GRAIN at target you can find Organic sauces , But just make your own. if this is too much then just stick to chicken and turkey .

**** Steak you need your red meat here and there DO NOT EAT STEAK EVERY DAY! Avoid Red as much as possible. This is pleasant carne asada without the heavy seasoning , therefore its not a good thing for those who fuckin pour a whole bottle .

*************************** You down with the brown? I am ! brown rice will help you carb up and keep you full ! Do not over do it , CARBS! No sugar. White rice turns into sugar 

What else?

All these meals need to be eaten with your steam veggies (cauliflower , broccoli, mushrooms, pumpkin , spinach, tomatoes <- I know its a fruit , carrots, asparagus, ) you get it. 

You need your healthy FAT

Meet my boyfriend <3333 I love him and he completes me. Eat Half people, so buy the biggest one and make it worth the while lol.

:SNACK ATTACK::

  • Fresh fruit*
  • RAW Almonds**
  • Carrots***
  • Cucumber****
  • Plain GREEK YOGURT*****
* Fresh as you cut it yourself, Not your nieces or babys prepacked Gerbers snacks. 
** RAW RAW RAW! Please read the Label your best Bargain is at Costco they have a Huge bag for $10 . 
Do not get roasted or salted must be RAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
*** Fresh , frozen just read your labels and make sure there not injected with who knows what the fuck.
**** YUMMMM. Lemon is fine I guess..... NO SALT OR CUERRITOS LOL 
***** Plain, as in not vanilla flavored or cheesecake etc . ok its really not good at all but putting pineapple,  and almonds REALLY REALLY helps. Youll eventually get immune to it. Trust me......Add fresh fruit , not skittles.
